Shipments to the Contiguous 48 US States

We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast. Additionally, we work closely with our vendors in order to have the product shipped directly to you from their warehouse if that means you will get the product faster.

Items will have availability status shown once a size/color is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email. Most products will be marked "In Stock - Ships Within 24 Hours". These products will ship the same or next business day. The earlier in the day the order is placed, the better the chance it will ship that day.

While we will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you, naturally not all items will always be in stock in every location at all times!  In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases, we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package.  We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.

Some items will be marked "Available - expect 3-5 business days lead time prior to shipment". These items cannot ship the same day and require lead time prior to shipment.  If you select an expedited shipping method, please note that this will not reduce the lead time before the order is shipped!

A shipping confirmation email including carrier-specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping.  For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

Most orders will be shipped USPS, however, we do utilize USP, and FedEx as well.

Shipping Method Explanation

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

Fast Standard Shipping

  • Delivery typically in one to five business days.

Free 2-Day Delivery

  • Qualifying items ordered by 3:00 PM EST Monday thru Friday will ship for free with a delivery estimate by the end of the second business day after the order is placed. For example, if an order is placed for a qualifying item at 1:30 PM EST on Monday, that item will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed at 11:00 AM EST on Friday, it will arrive on the following Tuesday. Full details and exclusions are listed below.*

Three Day

  • Delivery by the end of the third business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is placed Tuesday night and is processed/shipped on Wednesday, it would arrive at the earliest on Monday of the following week.

Second Day

  • Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it should arrive on Thursday.

Next Day

  • Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.

Shipping Changes

Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $10 Service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.

Orders can be modified or canceled only while their status is labeled "Order Received." Once an order has a status of "Order Processed," it cannot be canceled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.

PO Boxes

Orders shipping to PO Boxes may require 3-5 business days processing prior to shipment in order to ensure delivery via the US Postal Service. Please contact customer service for the most accurate delivery estimates. Additionally, certain oversize items may be restricted from delivery to a PO Box depending on the policies of the receiving facility.

Alaska / Hawaii / U.S. Territories

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands will ship via the United States Postal Service from Philadelphia or Las Vegas. In some instances, packages may also ship via UPS Ground. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order. If your order is urgent, feel free to contact us and we can try to accommodate.

Shipping Costs:

  • Orders of $99.95 and over will qualify for free shipping
  • Orders of less than $99.95 will ship for a $25 flat rate

International Orders

Orders shipping to an International destination will ship via USPS or UPS from either our fulfillment center in Minneapolis. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order. 

Hazardous Items

Items designated as hazardous (such as paints and chemicals) may only be shipped via ground shipping to the contiguous 48 US states. Hazardous items will be clearly identified during the shopping process.


We are currently only shipping tracks to the contiguous US 48 States.

Oversize Items

Oversize items are currently only be shipped via Ground to the contiguous 48 US states. Oversize items will be clearly identified during the shopping process. Oversized items include ramps, tracks, skis, some exhausts systems, seats, etc.

Delivery Policy

Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Sometimes we will ship an item vendor direct and those vendors may require a signature on their shipments. If you absolutely need one way or the other, please contact Customer Service before placing your order.

Backorders does not typically take backorders, however, items in which a backorder or pre-order is available will be clearly identified.

Damaged Goods

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact Sledders R Us Customer Service immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but Sledders R Us will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability.

*Free 2-Day Delivery

Orders with the Free 2-Day Delivery shipping method selected will be shipped with a delivery estimate of 2 Business Days or less. Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. 

Free 2-Day Delivery is only available for items being shipped to locations within the contiguous 48 United States. P.O. Box shipping addresses and certain items (e.g. an item only available from Italy or oversized or hazardous items) may not be eligible for Free 2-Day Delivery.
