Growing up on the prairies of Alberta for me meant farming and motocross all summer and snowmobiling all winter.  At 12 years old my family decided I had enough experience that it was time to see if I could hack the Rocky Mountains.  Off I went on my first hill climb on board a ’98 Ski-Doo Summit 500, snow deeper than anything I’d ever seen, and hills that didn’t seem to end! I was hooked!  By 14 I was jumping an 800 Summit around my motocross track, and pointing my sled up every mountain face I could see.  Last season I took a huge leap from a weekend mountain warrior to becoming a dealer sponsored backcountry free-rider and hill-cross racer.  With a best finish in my first season of Hill-cross of 6th place I am striving to move into Semi-pro in 2019.  Snowmobiling is my way of life, and I wouldn't have it any other way
