Current Sled: 2009 Summit 800
Like most of us 90’s kids I started out smashing snowbanks 10ft behind one of these beasts with a piece of rope and GT sno-racer. Back before cell phones and Paw Patrol you give some 10 year olds a bit gasoline and the key to a snowmobile and you had yourself a grand old time. Fast forward 15 years later and I’m more addicted than ever. Must have been the scenery change from cottage country, Ontario to the beautiful mountain ranges in Radium, British Columbia that sealed the deal, but once I got a taste of what others can only see in photos, I knew there was no going back. I want to get out there and have no bad days, to be grateful for this incredible playground I have 20 minutes from my house, and to encourage guys and girls of all ages to get out and do the same. You don’t have to have the newest sled, fancy gear or a jacked up truck to get out and enjoy the fun. I only started riding after I got home from backpacking SE Asia in February of 2017! I saved up some cash, purchased all used gear from fellow riding friends and tagged along with people that were willing to teach me the ropes. It isn’t always easy (especially as a petite female) but let me tell you, it is the most rewarding and thrilling thing I have accomplished in my athletic life.

My hope is to encourage everyone to get out in the snow and have a great time, regardless of your skill level, age, gender or snowmobile.
If you are ever out in Radium Hot Springs area, give me a shout! I love to meet new riders:)
